About
I earned a master’s degree in accounting with plans of crunching numbers for a living. And I have held a number of positions that have allowed me to do so, but it was after I added teaching certifications to my resume and spent a couple of years in a classroom that I realized how much I enjoy teaching money concepts to others. So I pursued certification as a personal financial coach. And after home building, one kiddo, home buying, another kiddo, additional schooling, and kiddo number three, my own household budget has has to flex over the years. I love to use both professional advice and personal experience to help others succeed with their finances. Deciding how to spend money should be a fun experience, not a paralyzingly stressful one. It’s my privilege to share what I know with others who are eager to do all the things with their finances that their future selves will thank them for doing.
